Bedroom in 5 bed flat share

Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our 5 bedroom first-floor flat-share. We are an all female flat currently but aren’t bothered about gender. We are all full-time 3rd year students so would be looking for someone who is also a student as we are currently exempt from council tax. The flat is in a perfect location for students as it is close to the art school and also in-between Strathclyde and Glasgow University. The room will come furnished (double bed, mattress and wardrobe). The flat has a spacious kitchen living area (pictured above) and 2 and a half bathrooms.
