Double Room in two bed flat in Pollokshields

I have a double room available in a two bed flat in Pollokshields. I am a live in landlord and would describe myself as being easy going, enjoying a night out as much as a night in. I work shifts including nightshifts so am looking for someone who can be respectful of this. I am often off during the week so probably wouldn't work for someone who works from home full time.

The flat is in a quiet location but only 15 minutes walk onto Pollokshaws road where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The closest train station is Pollokshields East which is a five minute walk and one stop into central station. There’s also Shields Road subway station a 10 minute walk so easy access into the west end and parking with the flat.

All bills are included in price of rent, there is no extra cost for anything.

The room is available from June until mid September as I have someone else moving in then. Happy to be contacted for further information/ to arrange a viewing which can be done in person or remotely.
