Double room near city centre

Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving to London at the beginning of June. Tenancy agreement needs to be signed by June 11th.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and unit for storing clothes.

Spacious and fully furnished open plan living room and kitchen space with the usual white goods, blender, espresso machine and microwave.

Bathroom has a great shower and bath.

The flat is on the top floor in a block of new build properties. It’s a 20 minute walk from the city centre (or 2 minute walk to Bridgeton train station), a 15 minute walk from the Forge shopping centre (Aldi) and a 10 minute walk from Glasgow Green. There’s also a car park for residents.

About me:

I’m a laid back and outgoing 29 year old sustainability professional. I enjoy socialising and would hope that you do too. I occasionally have friends round to the flat and would encourage you to hang out with us. However, I also appreciate space at times and am respectful of others’ space too. I try to keep a tidy flat but won’t chastise you if you’re busy and leave a wee bit of mess.

Bonus points if you enjoy a beer, a gig and general outdoorsy stuff.

Professionals preferred.

Rent is £475 PCM + bills of approx £150. Council Tax Band C.
Letting agent requires a reference, credit check and deposit.
