Have a double room becoming available as of the 1st of June, flat's in a very central location just roughly 10 minutes walk away from Central station.
The room will come unfurnished (current flatmate is willing to sell the pictured bed and frame for £50), bills will be split between the two of us, coming to a total of 148.5 each.
About myself, I'm 28 years old, really laid back and tidy. You'll most likely not hear me around the flat often as I work as an assistant manager of a restaurant in merchant city, leading to really long hours.
