I have 2 rooms available from the end of June in a large Southside flat in the Battlefield area, 5 mins from Mount Florida station (around 10 mins into Glasgow Central).

It's in a really nice area, right near Queens Park.
It's a renovated tenement flat, and the rooms are double rooms, we're on the top floor so we get really lovely views of the sky. I'm going to add more photos of the rooms but wanted to get this ad out there to see if people were interested.

Rent is £487.50 per month, bills around £35 with internet, then council tax if you're not students, is band c.
The deposit is £512 each.

It would be great for a group of friends.

I'm a professional, I graduated from Glasgow School of Art last year, I work from home some days or else I'm in the print studio. I enjoy hiking, reading, music and film and cooking and growing plants.
