Hello,
I am leaving over summer and going back to my home country and I'd like to find someone else to live in my room for the time I'm gone. I will be moving my furniture out, so it will be mostly unfurnished, but you'll still have a desk, chair, shower amenities and bed to work with. You can bring your own stuff if you'd like.

I will need access to the mail at least once over the summer to receive my official transcripts, but other than that the room will be fully yours. Contact me if you want to know more, and we can arrange it with the accommodation to be as easy as possible.

The flat itself is very quiet, two of our flat mates are basically ghosts and the other two might be in and out of the flat over the summer. They are mature young adults with an understanding of private space and won't be hosting big parties that'll disturb your sleeping schedule, if that's what you're worried about (though if you want to party, I won't stop you).
