🚩 LOCATION: Double room available in two-bedroom flat. Location G23, very close to the bus stop to the city center (30 minutes by Bus/18 by train). 10 minutes walk to: Asda Superstore, Home Bargains, Greggs, Iceland, Kebab Shop, Hairdresser.

🚩 WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a calm, organized person who values ​​a clean environment and keeps it clean as well.

🚩 BILL: About the bills the value of the room is 600 (including CT, internet, rent, gas and Electricity)

🚩 HOUSE CLEANING: my house is very easy to clean because basically everything is always organized. Cleaned every 15 days (bathroom and vacuum cleaner) in a relay system. We share the cleaning products when they run out. Dishes are washed as soon as they are soiled.

🚩 HOUSE VISITS: Well, all my ex flatmates (I can give their contact as a reference) are my friends today. So every time we had visitors, we just communicated the other resident of the house in advance. I communicate when I bring a friend. And I would like you to communicate also when you bring someone. Even to avoid any embarrassing situation of taking someone outside and catching you in your pajamas, for example KKK.

🚩 PERSONALITY: I am a direct person, I am a very cheerful, friendly person and I will do everything possible to make you feel at home. ☺️ I want someone to move in with me who can become a friend. I respect personal space. I like my privacy in my room. I will never touch things that are not mine. I will never use anything of yours without asking prior permission. I like hiking. Go pool with my friends. You play cards. Walks to the park. I'm not into night parties, I don't go to clubs, and the flat is not a party flat. This is a house for call home, calm and relax. I enjoy getting together with friends to cook and play games and laugh a lot. If you are an organized person, like animals, come with an open heart to visit our room. My English is not the best but I will be with an open heart to receive you.
