Hello, this ad is for a two bedroom two bathroom property. One bedroom is advertised - bathroom attached. I live in the other room. The rent displayed is for one room.

This property is fully furnished. It is very very clean and I would like it to stay the same which is why Im looking for a very tidy flat mate. If you move in and are not tidy you will be asked to leave.

This is a ground floor property right next to Celtic Park with a lovely little garden or a patio (or whatever you call it) outside that you can make use of.

I would like to share my space with someone who is clean, respects personal space, a professional just so our timings kind of match when we are in or not home. But I do not mind having a student either.

Someone who likes to socialise at times and is up for a movie night or eating out depending on her schedule. Easy-going, fun, someone I can trust with my space and day to day life updates! :)

There is a bus stop, small convenience store and a takeaway 2- 3 minutes from the flat and it's in a lovely residential area. The Forge shopping centre is close by as well and Asda etc are also not too far.

Day to day items like washing pods or laundry powder, dishwashing liquid etc can be split and we also have a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine - everything in the kitchen :)

Im looking for someone who can move in soon. And is punctual with rent payment. Deposit will be required when you confirm you want the place and rent can be paid the day you move in.
