Hey! I have a room available in my duplex flat in Govanhill/Queens Park. The flat itself is huge and has just been refurbished. There is a full size kitchen, living room, bathroom. The room i’m renting out is the biggest in the flat. It has just been redecorated and fitted with new furniture.
Flat is right next to Queens Park station with a 7 minute train into Glasgow central. Really great area
I am a music producer who is often away on tour/working in London. I’m pretty easy going and sociable, looking for people who are cool, clean and don’t mind music being made in the flat.
