I have a lovely room available for rent in the South Side of Glasgow, Cathcart, conveniently located with excellent transport links. Cathcart train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop directly across the road from the flat. Supermarkets, all sorts of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Linn Park and the lovely Snuff Mill bridge only 8-minute walk away. This area is also great for various mind-body classes.

The room is a single & fully furnished in a cosy two-bedroom ground floor flat. It includes a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, tall drawer storage, and a desk with a chair. The room also has a full length mirror and table lighting. It is situated at the rear of the property, away from the road, overlooking the communal gardens.

The atmosphere in the flat is very peaceful and homely. I am a live in landlord, 39-year-old professional woman working 9am - 5pm, mostly weekdays. As a busy person, I appreciate a quiet home life. While I am quite introverted, I can be sociable and am always respectful of others' personal space and boundaries. My background is in art and design. I love being out in nature, walking, foraging, gardening and birdwatching when I have the chance.

This accommodation would ideally suit a mature female professional. It’s essential that you are neat, tidy, respectful of others' privacy and have good energy. :)
