Spacious double room with its own private bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished.


We are a friendly, professional couple who own and live in the two bedroom apartment, along with our small dog. We would like to rent out the spare double room in our apartment to someone who is respectful and tidy.

The Apartment:
- The Bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers, full size mirror, TV and Broadband.
-The Bathroom is next to the bedroom, has a shower/bath and is private.
- The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen has recently been renovated.


- The bills are included in the rate (Council Tax, Broadband and Utilities)

The Area:
- Our apartment is located in the Southside of Glasgow.
- Train station is approx 6 mins walk and trains take about 10 mins to reach city centre. There are also several bus stops close by.
- There are several shops, bars, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk and Queens Park is 10 minutes walk.
