Located in Tollcross, Glasgow East End. Small double bedroom with own bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and space for a small desk or set of drawers. Bathroom is a decent size with electric shower over bath, a sink and toilet. Shared living room and kitchen, both a decent size.

The flat’s in a quiet area removed from the main road, two close bus links a few minutes walk away, and two train stations within 1.5miles or so. Plenty off-street parking also.

I’m seeking a quiet, clean and respectful lodger, and someone with previous experience sharing in a private rental. I work and study at home so I’m here a lot of the time, mostly in my own room. I like it quiet so not having groups of people over or parties etc. Being respectful is the key, along with obvious things like being house-trained, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen etc.

I’m laid back & friendly, no drama so would look for the same in a flatmate to get along with easily and respect each other’s space. I enjoy the gym, walking, coffee, art & music, mostly chilled stuff.
