Double Bedroom in Govan Riverside near Subway

🏡 The flat is well equipped and have a good space for storage. The living is bright and spacious ideal also to organise a chill dinner with friend. The room it’s tidy and cosy. I provide also blankets and pillows.
There is a closet outside to store large items in case you need (a bike for example)

🚌 The flat is close to transportations: 1min walk to the bus station and 5 to the train Govan subway. For trains there is Partick station in 15 min walk.
🏪 As supermarket there is a home bargarin, Farm food snd Iceland in 5min walk. Morrison and Lidl are distant 20min walk.
🍲 Nearby there are some cafes, a y bakery and pubs and new shops will come soon.
🏀 Close to the building there is a basketball/football pitch if you like to spend time outside
🏛️ There are public spaces like Riverside motor museum along, Elder Park and library, there is also a cycle path that brings you to city center or Loch Lomond!

🙋🏼‍♂️I’m Italian moving here 6 years ago who likes to spend the day cooking, watching movies or going out with bike. Occasionally I joint in some events or nights out but nothing crazy. I’m a professional who is looking for someone who is kind and tidy.

❗️All the bills included, but the max length to stay it’s just for a month or two, no more. Ideal for someone who is coming for studying, spend the holiday in Glasgow or as first provisional accommodation. I could ask something for proofing you don’t stay longer (letter from uni or flight ticket ecc.)
