Hi I’m Gavin and I’m looking for a flatmate. I’m a teacher so work Monday-Friday 9-5. I like to cook and I’m reasonably clean & tidy. I spend most weekends out with friends or family. I am considering getting a fortnightly cleaner.

It’s a 2 bedroom flat with a front and back garden, good sized kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable living/dining room.

Your room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and desk.

The kitchen is a good size and is well equipped. The bathroom has recently been renovated and includes a floating bath and large walk in shower.

There is a driveway but it is shared so will be on a first come first serve basis but there’s plenty of on street parking. The back garden has a patio.

Transport Links
Cardonald train station is a 10 minute walk and can get you to Glasgow Central in less than 10 mins.
Mosspark train station is also 10 mins walk and can get you to Glasgow central in about 20 mins.
There is a bus stop 1 min away and gets you to the city centre in around 30 mins.
Excellent access to the M8 and Clyde tunnel.

Amenities
There are shops, pharmacies, restaurants, takeaways, cash machines and even a pub within 5 mins walk. Morrisons and Aldi are also within walking distance.

I do have a cat and he is very friendly.
