I am looking for a short/mid term let for my flat. I am letting out a large double bedroom but you would basically have the whole flat as I will rarely be there.
The flat is beautiful, spacious and perfectly located next to queens park and queens park station, very easy and fast transport links into town and a bustling and fun area.
I am looking for someone to move in asap and the flat will be available for 6months-1 year.
When I do occasionally use the flat I have a small dog so must be dog friendly.
Bills included except, gas and electric which would be split 75:25 as I won't be there.
£900 for a couple.
Furnished although your room could be unfurnished if you prefer.
