Flat to rent

Private room available in a large, modern flat on Cook Street, Glasgow. I own the flat but work away for the majority of the time, so the property would effectively be yours for most of the month. (And even when i am there, it may only be for a couple nights)

The flat is spacious and well maintained, with three bathrooms in total. The available bedroom benefits from its own private toilet.

Rent includes use of all communal areas. Bills would be split between us.

I’m looking for a professional, full-time worker, non-smoker, who will treat the flat with respect.

I am very clean and tidy and would expect the same.

Short-term lets may be considered depending on the situation.
