Quiet double room with own bathroom

Quiet and comfortable Anniesland flat to share with one other.

I have a large, furnished, double-room for rent. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinet and shelving unit.

There’s a shared, spacious lounge (N. B I don’t have a TV), fully-fitted kitchen and a third spare room. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and will pretty much be your own as I have an en-suite.

There’s a communal garden to the back and on-street parking. 2nd floor flat in a quiet block with secure entry system.

It’s owner occupied – I’m a professional who works Monday to Friday 9-5, so ideally I’m looking to share with someone who will mostly be out during those hours.

I enjoy dancing and go out a few times a week to classes and events.
I’m happy to chat over a cuppa or share a meal now and then. Or equally, if you prefer your own space, then that’s fine too.

I’m looking to share with someone who is clean and tidy, and who enjoys living in a calm space.

Located on a major bus route, and Anniesland train station is a 5 min walk away. A train ride is only 10 mins into town.
Within a short walk of Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, and M&S food.
The Gym Group and David Lloyd Gym are both within walking distance.

The flat has double-glazing, gas central heating, fridge-freezer, and washing machine.

Rent includes energy & utility bills, council tax and factor fees.
Payment of rent is monthly in advance.
Deposit: one month’s rent.
