New flatmate wanted :)

Hi! My current flatmate is sadly moving out and in with her boyfriend in early 2026 after two years together, so I’m looking for someone new to share the flat with.

I’ve really loved living with someone I get along with, so I’m hoping to find a like-minded person who’s friendly, respectful, and happy to make the place feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’m ideally looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and enjoys a good balance of their own space and the occasional dinner etc.

The flat is in dennistoun, it’s a five minute walk from Alexandra parade train station which gets you into town in ten minutes. It’s also a five minute walk from Alexandra park, which is lovely and super nice for lunch break walks. It’s a first floor flat so not too cold, the living room is south facing. The neighbours are nice. Bills usually come to around £150 each inc council tax. The bedroom shown would be yours.

A bit about me, I work a 9-5 but often work from home, I moved up to Glasgow two years ago, I’m easy-going, sociable, and enjoy a mix of quiet nights in and getting out and about.
