I’ve lived in this flat for a year now and I’ve really loved living here but I’m moving out soon as I’m moving away :(

The flat is in dennistoun, it’s a five minute walk from Alexandra parade train station which gets you into town in ten minutes. It’s also a five minute walk from Alexandra park, which is lovely and super nice for lunch break walks. It’s a first floor flat so get heat from the flats around it during the winter, the living room is south facing. Bills usually come to around £150 each inc council tax. The bedroom shown would be yours.

It’s a really nice area and I’ve not found it too quiet or too loud, it’s not a party block so you won’t be disturbed by the neighbours but they’re also really chatty.

You’ll be living with one other person, a 26 year old lawyer. He’s lovely, he’s busy quite a lot but he’s super tidy and when he’s around he’s really chatty and easy to get on with :)
