The flat has a hall through which the 3-piece-bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen can be accessed. There is a washing machine and good broadband, but no living room.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for affordable, temporary accomodation in a calm and clean surrounding. Independent females are preferred as I live in the flat.
I am a humerous, very "young" retired German journalist, super fit and healthy, easy going with a great number of interests from hiking to politics to all things cultural to cooking.
