Double Room for Rent . Available to move in June!

Hi, we are two sweet, chatty, tidy, respecting personal spaces kinda girls sharing this lovely flat and are looking for a third flatmate. We don’t mind the occasional girls’s night out or in ;)

We prefer keeping the apartment nice and tidy, not a very rigid cleaning schedule, just whenever it’s required or we need a stress reliever. The area is residential, with schools nearby and really sweet neighbours as well, making it both safe and relaxing. There’s a buzzer on the main door to let you in and a 2 lock door (if that information is important to you :))

It is a short 5-7 min walk to Asda (which has Amazon collect and post office as well), Iceland and Home Bargains. Tesco extra is a short bus ride away. And the bus stop is just a min walk from the apartment.

Easy commute to the city center with buses running every 5-10 minutes and takes approximately 25 mins to reach. I work in Finnieston and my other flatmate works across Glasgow and we never have an issue with the buses. The train stop is a 8-10 mins connecting to glasgow central and queen street stations as well. If you are a student, bus 8 connects to the University of Glasgow and takes approx 15-20 minutes max.

The rent is 496 which includes the rent, Council tax and WiFi. Utilities however fluctuate between 30-50 per person depending on the season and usage. So the total amount should not exceed 550. We are Council Tax band B and EPC C.

The apartment comes with an oven, washer and dishwasher. All other appliances like air fryer, mixer, toaster and microwave are shared between us.
