Short term let Glasgow

I’m a live in landlord and I’m looking for someone to move in on a short-term let (5–6 months maximum).

The house is fully furnished and the room available is a double bedroom & bed. There’s a shared living area, kitchen & two bathrooms both well-kept and comfortable.

Parking is available if you own a car. If not, the nearest train station is a 10–15 minute walk away, with only a 15 minute train journey into Glasgow city centre.

I’m looking for someone laid-back, easy to get along with, and respectful of the space. This is a quiet home, I enjoy the odd night out. Ideally, someone who will treat the house like their own and help keep it in good condition.

I’ll be taking viewing from 16th of March onwards and looking for someone to move in from the 6th of April onwards.
