Double room with en suite G4

The flat: 2 bed 2 bath top floor apartment located in central glasgow, a 5 min walk from Cowcaddens subway station and walkable distance to merchant city and the west end. You’ll have the larger room ft a queen-sized bed and en suite. There’s off-street parking, a spacious living room and kitchen with a washing machine, fridge-freezer and gas hob.

Who you’ll live with: Hi I’m Jo, a 25 year old professional. I enjoy cooking, having people over and a pub trip. I also like art, reading, gigs and spending time outdoors. I have a wee gecko (Kiwi) and a tarantula (Winona). Winona stays hidden in my room so, if you don’t want to, you’ll never see her!

What I want: I’d prefer to live with women/ queer folk, though as long as you’re a good person it doesn’t matter too much! I want to be friends rather than just flatmates, I like a flat to feel like a cosy shared home :•) I’m sociable but respectful of privacy/ down time. I don’t mind living with a full-time student, but you must be willing to contribute half towards council tax. All bills are split 50/50.
