2/3 weeks sublets while I'm away Spring/Summer.

I took pictures in kitchen and bathroom without tidying up - thought it'd be better to have a realistic idea of what it'll be like.

I can leave a guitar out, a bicycle for you to use (deposit required sos), basic cooking ingredients.

Flat shared with two other guys from India, they are working IT and Uni, very respectful and keep themselves to themselves. Best keep volume down after 11, walls are a bit thin. I'll make space in drawers and cupboards as you like.

The sofa bed comes out, it's a futon, I think it's v comfy, but some peeps say it's wee bit hard...

Need to have a phone video call before confirming. I like my room and my stuff and would like some one respectful.

It's 10 min walk to the bus station and Victoria train station

I'm going away to London for the above dates.

I'm asking 300 for the 12 nights this April, and same 25per night for the other dates. It's possible to negotiate and come only some of the days.

Would prefer 100 deposit.
