Flat is new and has minimalist design for more comfort for tenants. If anything else is needed in a room I can try to accommodate for longer stays.

Has a second room which is currently empty, ideally I'm looking for 2 professionals who can be compatible.

No smoking, pets or overnight stays for any non-guests/lodgers. This is out of respect for the other flatmate and the space.

For clarification, this is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat which I do not reside in as the landlord.
