Renting my room in my sunny and bright Mount Florida flat.
It's a three bedroom flat with a spacious Living Room, Kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and shower. It is 5 minutes from Queen's Park and 10 mins from Victoria Road. It's such a great neighbourhood and just 2 mins from Mount Florida train station which goes straight to Central in 5 mins.
The communal spaces are large and bright, with room to use as a work from home set up if needed.
The bedroom is large with a double bed and storage and I'm chill for you to move anything around and organise how you would like!
My current flatmates are 25 and 27 and are both working 9-5 jobs- so you will have the place to yourself in the evenings. There is lots of room to host and both are interested in cooking and having dinners (one veggie, one meat-eater). THEY ARE SO NICE AND SOUND <33
