Hi! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of the month, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

The room is a spacious double bedroom and comes with your own bathroom. It’s technically the guest bathroom, but since I have my own en-suite, you’ll have it entirely to yourself, so it really feels like your own private space.

The flat is in a great location:
• Around an 11-minute walk to Aldi, Iceland, B&M, Greggs, Costa, and other handy shops

• Just 5 minutes to Co-op, Boots, and more local spots

• About a 25-minute walk into the City Centre

• 20-minute walk to Bridge Street subway station

• 13-minute walk to Glasgow Green and the O2 Academy

• Bus stops are roughly 8–12 minutes away

The heating is great (very cosy in winter!), and the flat has both a washing machine and a dishwasher. There’s also a small patio area where you can sit out and enjoy the warmer months ☀️

Rent: £550 per month (excluding bills)

Deposit: £500

Bills: approx £150

Council Tax: Band D, up until March I’ve been paying £98 each per month
