Room to rent in Bridgeton

Flat:
Double room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat in bridgeton. Flat located right next to Glasgow Green and is a 20min to city centre is train or 30 mins walk. Flat has off the street parking. Council tax band c. Bills not included but would come to around £150 extra for council tax, electricity and WiFi. Most of furniture is leaving with my flat mate so would suit someone who has furniture, and you would at least need to buy your own bed. Private landlord who is very sound! Flat has a bathroom with 2 showers and a very large living room and kitchen.

Looking for:
Ideally looking for someone who works a 9-5 so we aren’t waking each other up, the floorboards are very creaky. Would also be suitable for someone who wfh. No couples.

Me:
I work as a civil servant, I do 3 days in the office per week so would be working from home the other days. I also work in a restaurant on Friday night and Saturday. I like to read and go to the gym.

Move in date would be 4th April.
