1 bed room in Ibrox

Spare room in my flat available with queen sized bed. Fully furnished with desk space and large wardrobe. Ground floor flat on a fairly quiet street.

You'd mostly have use of the 2nd toilet by yourself as i have an ensuite.
Shared kitchen and living room.
Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, air fryer.
Living room: dining table, TV, playstation.

Included in price will be council tax and wifi (fibre). We will split gas/electric monthly, usually it's around £80-£100 a month in total.

You'll be sharing with myself, 32, male. I work monday-friday in the centre and primarily work in the office, so if you worked from home you'd have the flat during the day. Usually 2/3 nights a week i spend at my girlfriend's so often you'd have the place to yourself.

I like to cycle, hike, run and enjoy a good movie. I like to keep the flat fairly neat and fairly but relaxed.

Free parking available on street. 5 mins walk to Ibrox subway. 15 min cycle to city centre. 15 min walk to Asda.
