Lovely Double Room In 2Bed Flat, Battlefield.

Hey folks,

Sharing on here a room available in a 2bed flat in Battlefield.

There is no separate living area but the flat has a spacious kitchen/dining, hallway area, bathroom and amples of natural light.

The bedroom has wooden flooring, and will be unfurnished. Apart from a chest of drawers that can be left to use.

I've only recently moved into the flat myself and now I'm looking for someone to share it with. Ideally with someone who would be open to sharing some meals/ sense of co-living and equally respect each others boundaries and personal space too. I'm queer and vegan, and it would be preferable for my flatmate to be also (but not essential.) ...No meat, no smoking. NO reform voters in the flat please.

I like to keep things feeling good in the space, so staying on top of cleaning and good communication is essential. I love to cook, bake, dance, practice yoga, enjoying social time and hosting folks in the space, Which would also be warmly welcomed for my flatmate to do the same. I also enjoy alone time to unwind/ do practices in my room.

To note I work some weekdays as a massage therapist from my room, so would this would have to be all ok with my flatmate also.
