Hi, I’m Spyros, a 39-year-old professional from Greece. I’m a friendly and easy-going person who enjoys socialising, spending time outdoors, and continuously learning new skills. I also value a comfortable and relaxed home environment where flatmates can have good conversations and share ideas.

I’m looking for a responsible, tidy, and friendly person to share the flat with. Ideally someone who is open-minded, easy to live with, and enjoys occasional chats while still respecting each other’s space.

The flat is comfortable, well located, and only a 15-minute walk from the city centre, making it very convenient for work, shops, and local amenities. It offers a nice balance between a social and peaceful living environment.
