Double room in 2 person house

Heya!
I am looking for a flatmate for this wonderful two bedroom house with garden. It is ideally located for people who work/study at either locations of Glasgow university. It is about a 15-20 min walk from a Lidl and Anniesland station. There is wonderful walking allow the canal paths, as well as the lovely Dawsholm park around the corner. I am getting the keys in in early April, and am planning in inviting people over for viewings before I move in, so this will also be early April.

This well proportioned modern property offers accommodation comprising spacious lounge with open plan stairs to upper landing and on partial open plan basis to the modern kitchen to rear. The kitchen itself has modern floor standing and wall mounted units, white goods and door to rear garden. On the upper landing there are found two well proportioned double bedrooms (both with wardrobe facilities) and an internal modern bathroom comprising three piece suite.

Further features of this property include double glazed units, electric heating and large enclosed garden grounds to rear. There is off street parking located directly in front of the property.

I am tidy and social, love spending time making things, running, swimming or doing anything outside. I enjoy having friends over for dinner, crafting or to watch a nice movie. I work full time as a PhD, and I mix going to the office with working from home. I do not pay council tax, but if you do have to pay it you can get a discount as I am a student. The house is unfurnished, so we can really make it our own. So far I have a bunch of plants and books, but need to buy most of the furniture.
I am looking for a flatmate that is sociable, but this house should be a chill and relaxing space for both of us. As I eat vegan I prefer other vegans/vegetarians. I am unsure about whether pets are acceptable, this is something I will see after I have been given my contract. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
