Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate preferably student (for council tax purposes) to join me and one other guy in our flat in Dennistoun. The flat is a newly renovated (2025) tenement, with nice high ceilings as you can see.
-walkable distance from centre of Glasgow, I walk daily to Strathclyde university.
-also 2 min away from duke st train station where you can get trains in/out of town
-walkable distance to town, including Strathclyde University
-2 minute walk from Duke Street train station, which has links into the centre of Glasgow as well.
- Viewings available, just send me a message, as you can probably tell by the pictures, the room is currently lived in, but will be completely cleared for move-in. Bed, desk, and wardrobe will remain.
Kitchen has great facilities, lots of space, and I like cooking so there’s lots of good equipment.
