Flat to rent in summer - 6 weeks

We’re looking for someone to rent our flat from 10 July - 19 August (just under 6 weeks). You will have the entire flat to yourself as we will not be in Glasgow during this time. 950pcm so a total of £1,360. All bills included in this price.

It’s a really lovely and spacious flat which gets morning and evening sun.
It’s on the ground floor and you’ll have access to a shared garden which gets sun until about 7pm.

We’ve got a dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer - our kitchen equipment can either be put away or left for you to use.

5 min walk from Pollokshields East train station with a 5 min train into Glasgow central. 15 min walk to Bridge Street subway. Strathbungo on our doorstep and a 15 min walk into Shawlands. 5 minute walk from Queens Park. A couple of minutes from a good Lidl and a 5 min cycle/drive from Morrisons.

The flat is a 2 bed but we will lock away a lot of our stuff in the second bedroom whilst we are away.
