Large Double Room in Ground Floor Flat for Rent

We are two professional women looking for a new flatmate to join us in our ground floor flat in Anniesland. The bedroom we are looking to fill is not fully furnished but the previous tenant will be leaving their bed frame and mattress.

The bedroom is the master bedroom and is a large double room with large windows and gets lots of light. The flat has a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a cozy furnished sitting room, a wee balcony and 4 closets for storage in the hall. The whole flat is carpeted (minus the bathroom and kitchen of course). There are 3 steps up to the flat that may not make it accessible to all. The flat is in council tax band D.

The area has multiple bus routes that are accessible including the 6A which stops right outside the flat. The train station is only a ten minute walk from the flat too. The nearest shops are Lidl, Morrisons, Aldi and M&S, all less than a 10 minute walk away! There are also lots of amenities near by like a gym, cafes and restaurants, service station, dentists etc.

We are looking for a friendly person who will have the odd movie night with us, respect the shared spaces, and is LGBT+ friendly :)
