Bright double room just outside the city center

Hello!

Have a double room with ensuite bathroom coming available on the 1st of July 2026. The flat is located in a just south of the city center, taking about 15 minutes to get to Central station, as well as Bridge Street subway station and multiple bus stops just a 3-4 minute walk down the road

The room will come mostly furnished, bedframe, standing closet, desk etc. can come with the place if desired. Bills will be split between the two of us, coming to a total of 158 each.

Council tax(Band C): 78.5 each
Energy + Gas: 45 each
Broadband: 12.5 each

About the flatmate who is staying, He's 28 years old, really laid back and tidy. Studying Agriculture at Strathclyde. Also working as a bartender so may not be too often around given shifts or exam season.
When I am in the flat, I'm always down to chat and hang out.
