Southside room for summer

Hi!

I’m Sofiia and I’m looking to sublet my room for summer months. It is in 2 bed flat shared with my friend. She’s a student and will stay in the flat during summer. She’s quite outgoing, adventurous and friendly, but also very chill and likes to respect each others’ boundaries.
The room is very spacious, clean and bright. There is also a living room, kitchen and bathroom that you will share with my flatmate.
The flat is located right near beautiful Queen’s Park with loads of leisure facilities, all necessary shops are within 5 minutes walks.
Students preferred for council tax, however, if you wish to pay, you’re welcome.
