Calm Clear Double Room - new flatmate

Hello! My name is Andressa, I'm Brazilian, 44 years old, and I'm looking for a new roommate.

I currently work part-time and study Business. In my free time, I enjoy going to church, traveling (I've already visited 33 countries), hiking, walking outdoors, playing board games with friends, and watching movies.

I prefer a quiet environment, so I'm not a fan of parties or very noisy spaces—the apartment isn't the place for that kind of interaction. Generally, I prefer calm and social moments, like cooking together, playing games, and chatting.

Double room available in a two-bedroom apartment in Summerston, with a bus stop in front of the building (20-minute bus ride to the University of Glasgow). We also have the train station, Asda, Iceland, Greg's, Pharmacy, Kebab, and Hairdresser within a ten-minute walk, super convenient. I currently live alone and am only looking for one more roommate.

🚩 WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for someone calm, who values an organized, clean, and respectful environment. For me, this is very important for maintaining a harmonious coexistence.

🚩 HOUSE CLEANING

The house is very easy to maintain, as I always try to keep it organized. We do a general cleaning every 15 days (bathroom and common areas) on a rotating basis. Cleaning products are shared between us when necessary.

On a daily basis, I only ask that the dishes be washed immediately after use to keep the space pleasant for everyone.

🚩 VISITS

I believe communication makes everything easier 😊 That's why we've agreed to let each other know when we have visitors. Short visits are welcome, and longer stays can be arranged in advance.

🚩 ABOUT ME AND LIVING TOGETHER

I'm a straightforward person and I like to talk openly when something needs adjusting. At the same time, I'm friendly, calm, and I like to create a welcoming environment at home. I greatly respect personal space and value reciprocity in that regard.
