Hellu! A lovely-spacious-unfurnished room is available in a recently renovated flat in the East End. Walls are freshly painted, and the carpet is new. Dining table and sofa will be purchased soon. Although the house appears untidy in the photos, it will be completely cleaned before the move-in date (mid-May).

The house is located on the main street of the area, close to many charity shops, Lidl, Green Park and the University of Strathclyde. The flat will be shared with 2 PhD students from the Uni of Glasgow (both in Humanities). If you are a PhD student, MA student, young professional, this could be your new nest :)

Pls, before reaching out, pay attention to these points: we are looking for someone interested in a long-term stay and possibly aged 25+; PhD students are exempt from council tax, so if you are not a student, you would be responsible for it yourself.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a communal way of living and share community values; we like sharing meals and hanging out together from time to time, but also respect closed doors and everyone's privacy :)
Last but not least: this is a LGBTQIA+ friendly house and zionists are not welcome.
