Hi,
I'm looking to rent out the spare room in my flat to someone around the age of 33 years old or older.
My flat is on the southside of Glasgow. It's 5 minutes walk from Muirend and Cathcart train stations (the train takes 15 minutes to get into the centre of town.) There's also a bus stops right outside my door, taking you to and from town in 20 minutes.
My flat has a new built flat with off street parking, central heating, double glazing and a secure door entry.
There's also two bathrooms in my flat, although one has a bath and the other a shower.
***Since the photo's were taken, there's a small mult-gym in the corner of the room that you're welcome to use - I have been using it during lockdown***
