My flat is bright and fully furnished, with a large double bedroom available. It is in the southside of Glasgow, 3 mins walk from Cessnock or Ibrox tube stations.

Your room is a large carpeted room, with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, set of draws and TV, which get great sunshine in the afternoon/evening, so its very comfortable.

The flat is within a traditional quiet residential tenement, with friendly neighbours. It has: a large fully equipped kitchen-dinner (incl washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and gas cooker): a small bathroom (bath & good shower); & bright sunny lounge; excellent wifi reception throughout; safe on street parking; convenient for food shops both local grocery shops and a 24 hr Asda; various take-away outlets; also close to the library and GP. Excellent access to; public transport (buses & tube), motorway links and close enough to cycle or walk to the west end and the city centre.

I am looking for a flat mate who is friendly, easy going, respectful and relatively tidy, who will share cleaning the communal areas of the flat, putting out the rubbish/recycling bins, so nothing out of the ordinary!

The rent is £480 pcm which includes all bills except phone calls, and a months deposit up front.
