I have a fully furnished, modern double room in an excellent location in the South Side of Glasgow available to rent. The room is available as my current flatmate of two years is moving in with her boyfriend.

The property itself is in Newlands/Shawlands, and in close walking proximity to excellent transport links to the city centre. in addition, it is just minutes walking distance to a range of local shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms and parks which are fantastic for those who like to get outdoors.

The flat is a good size on a quiet residential street and includes with full Virgin TV package, high speed broadband, a washing machine, modern fitted kitchen, bathroom and fully furnished double bedroom whilst outside has a well maintained shared garden area. Furthermore, for anyone who has a car, although there is no "off street parking" there is plenty of availability outside the property in a safe environment - a rarity in the Southside!

I am flexible in terms of the type of flat mate I am looking for as I am laid back and easy going, although I live in a quiet block so would best suit someone who likes a home to chill out and unwind in - definitely not a party flat.
