Our rooms are currently booked until the end of October. They will be available once again from November 2016.
We feel we are ideally suited to share with a Mon-Fri professional or alternatively a shift worker who returns to their primary home during days off. We would like to offer flexibility in relation to the term of the lease and not tie anyone into something longer term unless by mutual agreement.
Our home is a modern detached property in a quiet residential area in the Southside of Glasgow. Your home from home would consist of a lovely double bedroom, bright en-suite with large shower cubicle and your own comfortable lounge area with workspace. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is private parking and a south facing garden with patio which provides outside dining, BBQ and lounging. There is a country park directly behind the house. You would also have access to communal areas of the house including living room, dining room, dining kitchen and utility room with access to other amenities including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher etc.
We have good public transport links with bus stops and train stations within walking distance. We have a variety of supermarkets and sports facilities close by and are near to Silverburn which boasts an array of shops, restaurants and a cinema complex. We are also a five minute drive from the M77 motorway with easy access to Glasgow city centre. We are a twenty minute drive from Glasgow International Airport.

We are a married couple who are professionals. We are friendly and considerate and would like to share our home. Cleanliness is extremely important to us particularly in the shared areas of the house and we would request that our home/property is treated respectfully.
We have two timid but friendly cats who will not be allowed in your private space unless invited by you.
We want you to feel this is your home from home and will endeavour to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
