Double room available in amazing area of Southside

Heyy!
I live in a 2 bedroom flat in the southside of Glasgow with my partner and flatmate. She is now moving out to live with her girlfriend and we are looking for a replacement.
It's right next to Queen's Park train station, a beautiful park and great shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
The room comes furnished, with a pretty comfortable bed.
It has 1.5 bathrooms, a pretty decent sized kitchen and a big living room
There is plenty of on street parking and a communal garden. We are on the ground floor so also have the front garden all to ourselves!
I am a 31 year old, professional female with a kick ass sense of humour (I like to think) and excellent cooking skills!
My partner is 26 and currently works from home, but we are hoping the offices will be back up and running soon. I work in hospitality and also do my own catering bits on the side, so we are both pretty busy. When we are home we are partical to a wee wine and some tasty food. I'm also studying herbal medicine, so there are quite a few plants in the hoose!
We are tidy, clean people who are past crazy parties at home and enjoy a peaceful, welcoming space to live.
