I have a lovely, bright, spacious room available for rent now as my flatmate has moved out! It is fully furnished but I would recommend getting a new wardrobe if you are staying long term. A 2 minute walk from Cessnock subway station and therefore 15 minutes away Hey from both Glasgow uni and Strathclyde. Prefer to share with students but will consider professionals as well.
There is always parking available on the street as well.
Bills vary depending on the season but never exceed 50£ pp (internet and electricity)
