A double room

Hi,
I am offering a double room in a modern, detached 4 bedroom smart home, 3 min walk to the bus stop into town (bus nr64).
The forge shopping centre and velodrome are at walking distance.
Just on the bank of Clyde, so would be ideal for someone interested in cycling and walks. The street parking just opposite the house is available. Bills +council (band D) included. Broadband is available.
The room has a built-in wardrobe and other furniture (exactly as photos show).
The house is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and other appliances.
We offer a room in a family home, where I live with my mom (64 years) and a cheerful and well mannered 5 year old son of mine. I am a full-time PhD student in my final year.
This place is filled with love, care and good vibes. We already have one male flatmate who has been with us for the past 4 years and became part of our family, really. The room is available only because another permanent flatmate had to move out since he got a new job and had to relocate. He stayed with us for 4 years too, and also became our family. Now he visits us regularly. Not that I am boasting here, but I hope you can get an understanding of how people feel when they come to live with us.
Cleaning wise, I prefer to tidy shared spaces myself, and you would be required just to keep your room clean (but I am not a mummy to check, haha).
Highly recommend getting a viewing booked.
No couples, only for one person, please.
