The flat is in Dennistoun. It's a 15min walk into town. Bellgrove train station is 8 min walk away and trains go direct to Edinburgh. Two supermarkets are 10 min walk away.
It's a really homely flat, near Duke Street for the cafes and bars and really near the necropolis, which is good for walking.
I'm pretty quiet and respectful of folks space and looking for someone who wants similar from a flat. Plus, being able to keep space relatively clean and tidy is important too.
I work from home Mon- Fri.
Happy to explore arrangements for anyone who does not require a full-time stay.
