Double Bedroom Flexible / Short Term- Southside

Hi there:

Renting out 1 spacious double room in my flat.
For a period of up to 6 months.

On the first floor, newly refurbished, well heated, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, WIFI, projector + soundbar, fully equipped kitchen (for amateur [or not amateur] chefs), all the fun stuff - you can use and enjoy. I can provide towels and bedsheets, if needed.

The apartment is non-smoking. However, it is on the first floor, and a short walk down the apartment block court. Located on main street, BUT double glazed windows keep the sound and cold outside.

You will be sharing the flat with me- full time working female pastry chef, and 3 beautiful rabbits, they are friendly and have lovely nature. .
The flat is kept clean and fresh smelling at all times, but if you are allergic or just not a big fan of animals this is probably (unfortunately) not the right match for you.

Located in Southside, it's a great location across the street from Pollokshields East train station, shops and cafes down the road, all busses as well. 25 minute walk to Glasgow Central, 10 minute walk to the closest Underground stop. Safe and well secured building.

Flexible with move in/out dates.
Pay short terms duration in advance, and also a security deposit for 600£ which you will, of course, receive back when you move out (unless you trash the place)(please don't trash the place).
The rent includes all utilities and council tax.
