Hey,

I'm Ollie - a 23 year old professional living in a 2 bed/2 bathroom flat. My flatmate is due to move back home in the next couple of weeks, and as such I'm looking for someone to take his room!

It's a clean, modern, spacious flat in a modern tower block. The living room/kitchen plan is open space, and there is a ps4 and tv - with netflix/amazon prime/virgin too! When we moved in, the flat was unfurnished but we have since added furniture. There is scope to you bringing your own bed if you'd like, but if not we'd be happy to provide one. Rent is £375pcm exl bills, and the room pictured would be yours. The council tax band is F, that works out at an extra £110pcm.

As for me, I'm a clean and tidy outgoing individual and I like to think I've got a good balance between socialising and my own space. I like football, music, film and tv and enjoy a pint - there are loads of bars up the road on Argyle street!
