The flat located in Southside, in a cul-de-sac street, a few seconds walk from Queen’s Park train station (6 mins to Glasgow Central Station) and with amble street parking.

In a traditional tenement with high ceilings and big windows, first floor two bedroom fully furnished flat, with central gas heating, washing machine, fibre broadband, large kitchen, separate large living room and extra storage space.

Ideal if you are new comer in Glasgow as you don't have to buy stuff like bedsheets, towels, kitchen tools, iron and ironing board etc. The price includes tea, coffee, seasoning, cleaning & washing products, consumables and other little thinks we need to run a house (air b n b style!).

The room has a desk and a monitor (HDMI) which could be used as "working station".

You'll share with me, a 45 years old professional who works 9-6 and enjoys sports, films and part time studies. It's a quiet, clean and tidy flat. No shoes, no parties and always a tidy kitchen!
