I have a lovely clean double bedroom to offer in a 2 bedroom flatshare with a friendly flatmate named Oliver.

This is a unique and spacious flat with a large terrace on WASPS artist studios in Dennistoun.

It's a laid-back flatshare with intriguing decoration and artworks to inspire creativity, as well as a Cat called Margaret that we took in.

The location is great as it's right near public transport and shops along Alexandra Pde. with Alexandra Park close bye.

Our flat has double glazed windows, is fully furnished, a carpark and has secure access through the studio complex.

The rent per month is £360 + £60 for bills and the maximum period for rental is 5 weeks from Jan 8th to Feb 13th.

Disclaimer: There is some smoking done in the house, primarily in the bedroom and a little in the living room.
